Location ( close to the bus station) Various entertainment surrounding the hotel ( restaurants, bars, etc. Great view of the area Breakfast options were great Staff (spoke English) Air conditioner Queen size bed Clean bathroom with some toiletries (shampoo and soap) Mexico is conscious about water usage (a list of how much water is used)

The breakfast choices were very good. The staff taking care of it was very friendly. The cleaning people always let the room spotless. They use compostable cutlery and plates for breakfast.

The location was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms met my expectations.

The location is very good. Is my first option when i go to Aguascalientes.

You know what you're getting with City Express -- and in this case, that was just fine with us. Our standard double room was compact but clean, with good air-conditioning, solid water pressure in the shower, and an excellent wifi connection (not always available on a high floor of a hotel). Elevators are fast and efficient. A simple but adequate breakfast was included in the very economical price, along with basic toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within easy walking distance (15-20 minutes) of the main plaza. There seems to be an airport shuttle service too, although we didn't need it. I'd happily stay here again.
